Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than five (5) days before the start of the rental period will result in a full refund of payments made in the same manner as payment was received.
Cancellations processed within five (5) days of the rental period for any reason will result in the issuance of a "raincheck" or customer credit equal to the deposit required to book the event. If payments have been received that are higher than the deposit required to book the event, the excess will be refunded back to the original payment method.
The deadline for canceling an order for a rain check is 12:00 PM on the day prior to the event start date. Due to the expenses involved with preparation, transportation and loading/unloading equipment, any services canceled after 12:00 PM on the day prior to the event date will result in forfeit of the deposit and a restocking fee equal to 33% of the subtotal in the rental agreement.
Maryland Bounce Castles reserves the right to cancel events due to inclement weather and/ or potentially hazardous wind speeds. Our customers' and employees' safety is our number one priority.

For safety reasons, we do not set up at parks. The customer is responsible for obtaining proper permission and/or permits for equipment rented and placed in other public locations. If proof of insurance is required, please allow at least 3 business days for processing requests. Please submit an inquiry with us at MdBounceCastles@gmail.com before placing an order for an event hosted in a public location.
We can only setup for the representatives/employees of the apartment complex. We cannot set up for apartment renters due to the safety and liability issues involved with doing so.
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please create an online order for a current quote.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 6 hours in advance. We will text you the day before your event with an estimated time of arrival.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Maryland Bounce Castles cleans and disinfects before every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Yes all orders under $1000 require a $50 Credit Card deposit. Orders over $1000 require a 25% deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 5 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 1-5 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
If your setup area is within 50 feet of a standard electrical wall outlet you will not need to rent a generator. Please understand we can not run more than 50 ft of extension cord to the setup area without tripping the circuit breaker.
Most of our inflatables (all of our character jumps for example) are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Our inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup!
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 800 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. *At the moment we only setup our wet and dry slides on grass.*
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
